Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. We also don’t believe that you, the client, should take any risks when ordering a design from Logos Associated. Therefore we kept the deposit / advance payment low.
Our policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
Logos Associated is committed to creating the perfect logo for your organization. We are committed to making sure our customers love our logos, and we take a comprehensive approach to making images that say something special about your organization.
If a client doesn’t like the logo designs in the initial round that we make and present, and if the client doesn’t want Logos Associated to continue on the second round of concepts (if the ordered service package has a second round), the client has the liberty to cancel their projects. The deposit of 25% will covers for the project consultation and development of the first round of concepts and will not be refunded.

In a case a services is ordered and the client doesn’t receive the first round of concepts within 2 working days (as per Indian working days), the client can request for cancellation of the project with a refund of the deposit. In such an incident, we’ll return the ₹999 you paid as the advance payment.

Requests for cancellations should be received no later than 2 working days after starting a project. Receiving an acknowledgement email from Logos Associated for both the project details and deposit will make the start of a project.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
